1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will arrange for pickup or provide instructions for return, depending on your location.

  • You must ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

4. Refund Process

As we operate with cash on delivery, refunds are issued through one of the following:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • We do not offer instant refunds at the time of delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Item shows signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or is missing components.

  • Requests made beyond the 3-day return window.

6. Exchange Option

If the item is eligible, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. This is subject to stock availability and confirmation by our support team.
